John F. Dallavalle is the founder of Frederick Financial Planners, Inc., bringing over 30 years of experience in financial services and nearly 50 years of expertise in tax preparation for clients.
He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
John earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and has been a CPA since 1974. Additionally, he became a Chartered Financial Consultant in 1986 and a Chartered Life Underwriter in 1995. From 1987 to 2015, John owned Dallavalle & Co., P.A. and later co-founded Dallavalle Financial with his wife, Kay, before establishing Frederick Financial Planners, Inc. in January 2022.
John has been deeply involved in his community, having served as President of the Frederick Rescue Mission, The Frederick Rotary Club, and Big Brothers / Big Sisters of Frederick County. He has also been the Treasurer of the Frederick Community Foundation and a member of the audit committee at Frederick Health Hospital.
In his personal life, John enjoys golfing, woodworking, and biking. He treasures time spent with his three granddaughters and enjoys traveling with his wife.
